7. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The most current version will always be available in-salon and on our website.

Cancellation Policy & Terms of Sales

1. GENERAL
By booking an appointment with Mauve Lemonade, you agree to abide by these Terms of Sale.

2. PAYMENTS

  • We accept card payments only.
  • Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.
  • For new clients booking services valued over €100, pre-payment is required. Our cancellation and no-show policy (see Section 3) applies to these pre-payments.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment value. This fee will be applied to your next appointment.
  • This policy allows us to manage our calendar fairly and continue serving all clients efficiently.

4. SERVICES AND ADJUSTMENTS

  • All services are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and aftercare.
  • If an adjustment is needed, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly assist where possible.

5. PRODUCTS

  • Haircare and styling products purchased in-salon are non-refundable once opened, unless proven faulty.
  • Faulty items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

6. LIABILITY

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health and hair history.
  • Mauve Lemonade is not liable for adverse reactions to products or chemicals used during the salon visit.
