Cancellation Policy & Terms of Sales
1. GENERAL
By booking an appointment with Mauve Lemonade, you agree to abide by these Terms of Sale.
2. PAYMENTS
- We accept card payments only.
- Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.
- For new clients booking services valued over €100, pre-payment is required. Our cancellation and no-show policy (see Section 3) applies to these pre-payments.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment value. This fee will be applied to your next appointment.
- This policy allows us to manage our calendar fairly and continue serving all clients efficiently.
4. SERVICES AND ADJUSTMENTS
- All services are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and aftercare.
- If an adjustment is needed, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly assist where possible.
5. PRODUCTS
- Haircare and styling products purchased in-salon are non-refundable once opened, unless proven faulty.
- Faulty items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
6. LIABILITY
- Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health and hair history.
- Mauve Lemonade is not liable for adverse reactions to products or chemicals used during the salon visit.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The most current version will always be available in-salon and on our website.
