Mauve lemonade is a concept created by Lewis that’s been shaped through his experiences. Originally educated in London by Vidal Sassoon, his training was rigid, precise, and technical. He’s known for it.

Like many, he has been shaped by his creative journey and experiences of working with incredibly talented artists and creators both in salon and onset, which defines his aesthetic today.

In salon, Lewis works with both women and men, specialising in natural colours and he has a passion for cutting men’s hair to offer something unique and different, like the environment he’s carefully curated.

Originally trained in Tokyo, Aki has spent over nine years refining her craft across Japan, Australia, Germany and the Netherlands. Her work is rooted in the precision of Japanese hairdressing, shaped by a wealth of international experience and a thoughtful, considered approach to hair.

Aki specialises in creating effortless, wearable styles that feel natural and grow out beautifully. Working with all hair types and textures, she focuses on soft layering, classic bobs and seamless, natural colour, tailoring every service to suit the individual.

Her calm attention to detail and belief that great hair should complement everyday life defines her aesthetic: timeless, understated and designed to enhance each client's natural beauty.
